The Avalanche went from being super hockey-warrriors whose only mission in life was to contend for the Cup to being also-rans.

See Canadians will go to the games even if the team is also-rans...heck especially when the team is also-rans.

Zmiinyi defenders: "Russian warship, go fuck yourself."

Yeah, but America is full of Tims.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

What I dislike about playoff hockey, especially in Montreal when the Habs have success is that everyone now suddenly becomes an hockey fan. Atleast watch the regular season if you are going to pretend to like the sports.

Also, stores drapping themselves in Habs gear annoys me. I like hockey and the habs alot but for the love of fuck can I buy my groceries without being assaulted by red, white & some blue.
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

You'd love Ohio in the fall. Brutus in your face everywhere.

From the "My Kids Rock, Your Kids are Teh Ghey" file:

Wifey was out shopping with our daughters & Wifey's mom today, and I guess that they stopped at MC Sports for whatever reason (  ).  Anyhoo, when seeing Detroit Red Wing stuff mixed in with Blackhawk stuff in the hockey apparel display my daughter Jocelyn says to Wifey, "MOM!  They have Red Wing stuff mixed in with Blackhawk stuff!  Detroit sucks and you need to talk to somebody about this!"

I am:  Proud

Your Blackhawks fanboism seems to be ill timed, CCR  :lmfao:

As in the last 25 years have been ill-timed?

Jaron

I mean it was an awkward moment to boast of your teams "leetness" given how badly they were spanked this day.
