An electric car just isn't practical, a luxury car is a waste of money, a compact car by a mass auto maker gets me made fun of.

Which leaves a sedan or something like the forester, and in reality the forester really is a bit more practical.

I could understand the argument if you had been saying that Hong Kong should increase it's negligible tax rate and base in order to build subsidized housing, but the post you responded to was about an exorbitant tax on car purchases. That's what I didn't get.  How does a high tax on cars produce bird cage living conditions?
