I've noticed that many American conservatives have rather peculiar view of politics.  Rather than a Right/Left dichotomy they seem to view politics as circle.  Everything they like is in the circle.  It is conservative and "right-wing".  Everything else is outside the circle and is what they oppose and thus "left-wing".  So you get this weird situation where communism, fascism, socialism, militarism, non-American nationalism (it's possible there some exemptions to this for European nations), non-Christian fundamentalism, etc are all left-wing ideas.  I've seen many claim that the Klan was an example of left-wing extremism, which is an odd way to describe White Evangelical American nationalists who oppose immigration.

I think the White House said Congress would have to release it, without the White House declassifying it first. And apparently Kelly opined that the contents are much less impressive than some might have hoped. So it looks like it might end up being a great big nothing burger.

Some weren't, but on some others (like NAFTA) he pulled some leftish Dems to the center, like he did with welfare reform. 

Not really, but you might be confusing the politicians with the voters. Many of the politicians adopted his third way ideas as a political strategy, but it was not like socialists were suddenly going 'that's right Clinton, capitalism rocks!'

And yes, Bernie & Co. are anti-NAFTA, but it doesn't seem to be a high priority.  The most vocal anti-Naftites by far are on the Populist Right.

Because they won their election. Bernie and Co. came very very close. And it is a very high priority. That is why I am very worried that they ever seize control of the agenda.

I don't know what your basis is for claiming that 'it doesn't seem to be a high priority'. That kind of thing is almost all of what sets that wing of the party apart. It is their entire reason for existence, left-wing economic stuff.
