It's one of the tragic ironies of Brexit  that the areas that voted for it are most likely to be worst hit by it because I actually think it's the agricultural and manufacturing sectors which will be hit hardest and, because those sectors have so many small businesses, it's more difficult to prep.

But it does illustrate something we've known for a while of how absolutely deluded leavers are about Britain's place in the world. Perfectly explains the they need us nonsense.

Since the EU doesn't have a military, and its members diverge politically on the world stage, I can see a perspective to put the UK ahead of the EU (the question is vague).
