$0. I buzz or shave my own head. Before that maybe 15 bucks or so. I had the same barber from when I was 12 until I was 22.
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".

I am not sure what is more nuts - $30 for a kid haircut or going to another state so that your mother can cut your hair.
