My impression of Hong Kong is surreal psychological horror and that's just from reading what Mono writes.

"You know nothing. 'Hong Kong' is only a word. The reality is much, much worse."
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

I've decided I should get another PS3 pad so I can be social and play with other people.
Price of a new PS3 pad- 55 chf :bleeding:
Price of a new PS3- 169 chf :bleeding:
Just madness that the controller is 1/3 of the cost of a console.

I thought they would have decreased over time but yes, the console price decreased a lot, unlike the pad.

Maybe they're trying to teach console owners a life lesson; friends are expensive, better off alone.   :D

Why the hate? Do they force you at gunpoint to go and eat there?

Most people play online nowadays, the days of getting friends to play the same game in the same room (likely to be small in big cities) are long gone. :(
I have great memories of playing Bomberman or sports games with friends during the 16-bit era, among the best of my videogame experience.

For various reasons I've been letting my beard grow thsee past few months. A big problem has been just below my mouth  where due to terrible acne as a teen hair never grows. I've always had a horrible ugly bald patch in my stubble there.
However I had a theory: if I let the hair around it grow then maybe those hairs growing would encourage the neighboring follicles into life.
For a while it seemed I was indeed just crazy with this baseless theory.
But today I examine closely .... and little bum fluff blonde hairs do seem to be steadily appearing on the previously hairless area.
Intriguing.

I don't mind the opinion; I just find the outburst at such a non-event silly.
