Russia eh? Just based on their oil?

Speaking of which the USSR had less GDP than Mexico in 1980? Crazy.

Maybe the USSR wasn't translated into the calculations.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

G7/G8 based on actual share in global GDP (adjusted for PPP):

I wonder what their source for this was. It says "IWF", which is the German name of the IMF. If I look at the IMF statistics, I don't see these countries in 2014.  :hmm:

Is it just me or is Samuel L Jackson a lot more popular in the UK than the US?
I get the impression he isn't so big over there.

It's like Bailey's, but better. I put some ice in my mug then pour some in, then sip it slowly while watching my slaves pick cotton browsing the web and reading articles.

One of the guys who assaulted my brother a few months ago got 10 years.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Good.  How many were there total and what's happening with the rest?

Razgovory

There were three in all.  One of them turned on the other two.  I don't know what happened to the other two.  I do know the guy who got 10 years was already on probation which is why it surprised me when the police initially just let him go.  I guess probation and Parole found out, and were less forgiving.  I don't want to write his name on this board, but you can find him here for crimes committed last year.  He's the one with the stupid first name that doesn't have a "y" in it. http://www.fultonsun.com/news/2014/feb/19/callaway-county-sheriffs-office-arrests-four-holts/
