There was probably a case way back of a Royal Crown Cola Prosecutor shaking down a defendent for cash or tang, and in the uproar that followed the gubmint instituted background checks.

Hmmm. Billy Squier in concert tomorrow. The downside is that Blue Oyster Cult is there, and I know they'll play that stupid Godzilla song.
