A realtor helps you sell or buy a house.  A property manager collects your rent and fixes broken stuff.

Okay, no. We'd speak to our contact to the landlord (or his agent) to fix broken stuff and we pay rent direct into their account.

The estate agent advertises houses for sale/to let and for rental at least gives us the contract and collects the depost (plus their fee) for doing it.
