I hate those new light bulbs.  They don't fit my old lamp!  I just broke one trying to screw it in. <_<   Now I'm covered in mercury vapor.

But that would imply that all men have good awareness in traffic. That is not the case.

I saw a man with a child on his bike cross a red light, turn unto the sidewalk narrowly missing an old lady and then turn left. Sure, he wasn't killed, but a part of me hoped he would at least have broken something. :(

Also, several other cyclists had to break to not hit him.

First, I found the sentence confusing to parse and then when I did - found it unlikely to be true.

I parsed it as there are gunmen that kill women when trucks turn right despite cyclists being used as impromptu traffic signals.

In Denmark most cyclists who are killed by trucks turning right are women.

That's pretty generous given that he said "only" and later followed up that it is never men.
