I felt a little bad while in the doctor's waiting room for my persistent sinus troubles when a young man came in asking how much it would be for an appointment to get an Rx for his inhaler. After balking at the visit fee for the uninsured, he asked what it would look like if he went to an ER. I think he ultimately decided that he'd return once he'd paid off a bit of his credit card.
