It's the perfect time for you to buy a house in the outskirt subburbs.

LOL, not really.

Well, despite the equity I have in it after 15 years, the whole "are you gainfully employed" thing sorta complicates things in today's real estate market.

  If twitter weren't blocked at work I'd probably have a better understanding of why people like it so much.  I use it on my phone to keep track of a handful of people's posts, but even at that I probably only look at it once a week.

I have no need for Twitter.  I still use the old Soviet method of telephones.

Closest telephonic equivalent would be conference calls, I guess.

I spent several weeks of my last job on twitter, I still don't have a firm grasp, though I've liked it for getting up-to-date local items. Sometimes you can get news before any media outlet has had time to put a piece together.

I think Tuesday was the first time I ever used Twitter, but it was amazing how I got moment by moment news on that Glendale / Goldwater hearing.
Posts here are my own private opinions.  I do not speak for my employer.

I use it as a news feed during the trading day. I've never actually made a tweet.  :P

Edit: Strangely, I have a couple followers though.  :hmm:

Wasn't the first report of the military action of whacking of OBL at his compound that night first reported by one of his neighbors in Pakistan?
