You lost the actual CDs? Well the good news is you can buy them all again now in one nice, and rather expensive box set.  :D

Delicate Sound of Thunder...meh, not missing much there.

Yeah the physical CDs.  I was actually up at Target last night getting some razor cartridges and was surprised to see they have Wish You Were Here and Animals (and The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon) in stock in their own little section next to a similarly sized Beatles section.  Nothing else, but it's a good start.  They're in lame little cardboard packages though.

Yeah...those are newly released remasters. Worth picking up if you need to replace old ones.

Steve Jobs' grave is whirring in contentment.

What did you just buy?

50 shares of AAPL. Got them on iTunes.   :P

If I had a record player, and also money, there was a box set of rereleased Bad Religion LPs I'd like to have just to kind of have, you know (including Into the Unknown!).  I mean, I have virtually all of this already as both CDs (somewhere) and gray market form, but it looked so awesome.  Also, it'd be something cool in my house instead of the shelves full of comics, the XBox that no longer works, and three obese cats.

Just watched a video that used shakycam inside a moving car.  Shit, just shoot neurotoxic darts into my face and cut out the middleman.  Eugh. :x

I'm thinking of buying a new PC.  Probably pre-built as don't want to mess with putting the goddamn thing together again.  Any suggests on brands?
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Stay away from brands. If you really don't want to do it yourself get a small local shop to do it, you can usually get pretty good deals.

The last small shop fucked it up.  I'm tired of messing with that kind of shit.  I just want the goddamn thing to work.

Dell. Never really had a problem with them. Let the plebs do the work of assembly.
