Malthus

Had a dream last night that, instead of dogs and cats, people had pet spiders the size of dogs or cats. All different colours and shapes.

I helped one little girl get her white, cat-sized pet spider down from the ceiling, where it was clinging. It had run up there because she was colouring its abdomen-fur pink, and had tied a pink bow around its neck.

Your dealer must've changed his suppliers.

Some Chinaman tycoon paid $1.5 million for a dog.  A Tibetan Mastiff, 11 months old, weighs 180 pounds.
It is a very cool looking dog. He's red!

He should name it: Clifford.

Heh, you buy dreams from dealers? Mine just sort of happen on their own.  ;)

Just got news of a job interview in Bristol next week.
And I think they're paying for my train. :punk:

Of course, I'm entering this having told them I was just waiting for my degree....but yesterday the buggers told me some of my credits were invalid. Somehow...hope it doesn't destroy my chances totally.

Been in a lot of World of Warcraft Battlegrounds?  Damned spider pets.

I just came across this creepy thread from 3 years ago.  The OP was dead the next day, in the most predictable way.

Why is it creepy?  It looks mostly boring.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

I think it's creepy because you get a glimpse into the mind of a young dumbass about to kill himself and four others a couple of hours from the time he posted.  The premonitions from others are also eerie.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.
