So, is the cat white, or not?
No, tortoise shell. The name had FA to do with SailorMoon, I couldn't remember there being 3 cats in that, only one (For obvious reasons I never really watched it).

Was watching CNN, that bald dude who used to do business news.  Sounds *exactly* like Ari from Entourage, doesn't he?

He mentioned that no nominee for Fed Chairman has ever been denied.

So I finally got my money transferred to my US bank account to buy tickets for my trip home, only to find that the original flight I wanted (at $1150) is no longer available, and instead the cheapest flight is $1250, with a 9 hour stopover in LA. :bleeding:

I hope that first flight goes down in flames.

What? It only took my like $850 to get here from Boston, and if I had purchased earlier I could have got it for $650.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.

Fascinating peice of political theater just wrapping up on CNN.  Live feed from the Republican House retreat, where Obama had the podium and was fielding questions from the attendees.

He has offered the olive branch, when asked to comment about Pelosi shutting out the opposition he pointedly did not come to her defense and assigned blame for partisanship to both sides.  Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

It'd be cool if we co-opted a more dignified version of Prime Minister's questions on a regular basis.

Can't disagree with you.  I thought the session was pretty interesting.  Did you catch it?
