I had an EMG to determine if I have carpal tunnel syndrome.  I don't recommend either the EMG or the carpal thing.  If I have it.  Which I won't know for awhile yet.  But the EMG was uncomfortable.

Lots of schools have their students write letters of support for soldiers over seas.

I heard from colleagues that kindergartens now interview 15 month olds for admission.  The interviews are conducted in English.  15 months.  Pretty sure I only spoke mama and papa back then.

Just read a NYT Sunday Magazine puff peice on Harry Reid.  His dad committed suicide.  He was a boxer and a Capitol police officer.  He was the head of the Nevada Gaming Commission and is supposed to have been the inspiration for the county supervisor character in Casino.
