Insurance :bleeding:
Put in a travel insurance claim at the beginning of January as over xmas we were away and my son needed to see a doctor for an infection.
Nothing more heard from them so I called up a fortnight ago, on hold for half an hour and eventually someone answered who said they'd push it through with the claims handling team and I should hear back within a week...
I didn't.
Call back today and...they answer quick but "Oh the company has gone into administration. I've been told to email this other company if anyone calls up about a claim from them. Thats all I can do. You should hear from this other company at some point".

And people think this is how all health care should work.
Fuck that shit.
