I really hate it when I'm asked 10 questions when ordering something, with no option to go "you're the chef, you tell me what works and go with it".  That's not customer service to give so much choice, that's just abdication.

Um that is not how it works. You don't fill out a questionnaire. You order a burger just like anywhere else...you just CAN ask to have it made is all kinds of weird ways if you want. Kind of unusual for fast food.

That was like trying In-n-Out at KAPapalooza in Vegas many years ago.  KAP and some others raved about it and I was like "meh - it's fine".
