In my experience in the UK its quite normal to have a month where you're renting two places.

That doesn't sound very affordable. Particularly if they don't give you back at least a majority of your deposit.

Moving isn't meant to be affordable :p

I think the most overlap that I've ever had was one week and that had me all frustrated.

Yeah I was earlier pretty much resigned to the fact that we'd be renting two flats for a month, which is of course a horribly expensive affair.  When you find something good to rent you can't really start having conditions like "wait an extra month for me" because there are plenty of people desperate to rent something that is actually fit for human living.

So I was very happy when this flat came up and it seemed we can transition perfectly. I am just now annoyed that a week might get added to it because the new agency can't be bothered to copy-paste our details to their template.

In the nick of time but our tenancy agreement has arrived for our signature

Now we can serve notice on the current one in such a perfect timing that not only we won't have to rent two flats simultaneously, but also we won't have to reschedule our holiday trip. 

And it only took about 6 calls and 4 e-mails to various people over the course of one week who couldn't be bothered to hurry the F up.

Yes, but I'd only be interested in the M3 Lee, the Sherman, and the Priest. Not into Hellcats, M5s or Pattons.

There's also French and Polish tanks, including a Warsaw Uprising repainted captured Panther.

A Leopard 2A4 is scheduled to be released soon.
