I have survived the coffeine overdose and now I think I am about to crash.

Drink lots of water.

I drink an espresso (single) in the morning at home and then a big cup of french press stuff at work. Plus some coke zero/pepsi max in the evening.

So I am fairly used to it but this triple portion in the morning really messed with me.


BTW my grandma (now well over 90 years old) for a decade at least has been drinking an evening espresso not to wake up but to be able to go to sleep.

I had to cut out caffeine several years ago.  It made my hands shake too much.  I just drink decaf because I still like the taste.

The one plus is that if I don't have time to get get a coffee there's no withdrawal symptoms.

I do a full cup of espresso in the morning, and another in the afternoon. I stopped drinking sodas of any kind (except socially) long ago, so no coke. And I usually have a regular single-shot of espresso if I eat out or meet somebody.
