I needed lunch today. I was planning on a place that serves an okayish cheesesteak with good fried rice for $10. But walking in, I saw the chinese place next door had a lunch special for chicken plates with fried rice and an egg roll for $6. I was enticed, but I shouldn't have been. The worst chinese food ever. It was run by actual chinese people. I just don't understand how your livelihood is to sell food, and you can't make an edible dish out of rice, chicken, and a frying pan.
