Anyone have any hints on making craftsmen and clerks?  Russia is super hard. 

Also, is there a way of determining what cores a satellite gets?   I have no interest in Congressional Poland-it's super hard to defend-but don't want them to take a chunk out of Belarus and Ukraine.
