What is the Greatest State / Worst State

While I've not been to Romania, I've interacted with a lot of Romanians via my work and found the following to be true:

1.  Romanians are very friendly
2.  It is apparently illegal for Romanian chicks to be ugly

That said, my only experience with Romanians in London was that they were all beggars so that might explain Tyr's position.

Romanians try to interact with me every day I'm in Stockholm. If begging is considered friendly then they are incredibly friendly. They are definitely incredibly ugly though.

The Romanians I interact with are either in Cluj or Southern California.  Maybe they exile the ugly ones to Western Europe?

And there's the middle aged ladies who go singing/wailing through the subway, holding in front of them what's supposedly their husband lying in the coffin. He must have had about half a dozen wives. They're not "traditionally hot", either.

and, yeah, that's exactly the case for all but one in my class. they come expecting to do well and transfer out, then (in most cases) end up with average grades forcing them to stay. i think #1 in the 2015 class is a canuck, though!

When I've met Romanians they've been pretty nice too.  Pretty middling on hotness, I went out with one for a bit. I think the whole eastern European hotness thing doesn't stretch to the Balkans.
Their country is a bit shit though.

Worst: Arizona.  My God.  I'm ashamed to live in a country that hosts Phoenix.
