Younger generations have markedly less interest in it. Plus those seats probably cost a fortune.

Why do all the people in the background look middle aged or older?

You could ask the same question of stadiums in north America. Shits expensive man.

Because they're blurry and unfocused?  Asschimp.

Admiral Yi

Do the prostitutes still parade around the rings like they do in Hemingway's book?

One didn't.

I went to a bullfight in Madrid. Man that was a weird experience.

Ah, I see. Did the bull receive his ears afterwards?

Went to one in Portugal. A bit different than the Spanish version, they don't kill the bull in front of everyone, and there's a weird thing where a bunch of guys just grab the bull for example. But yeah, It was off putting. got a video of a guy getting nailed in the face, which Seedy enjoyed though.

Apparently he finished off the bull before being rushed to the doctors.

That is actually kind of badass.

I went to a bullfight in Mexico City was was seriously disappointed that they maim the bull before the dude ever goes out to fight the bull. If they are going to spear the bull a bunch of times before the fight, they should do the same to the matador. To keep things even.

Apparently bullfighting isn't even all that dangerous, compared to say bull riding.

It's more than a bit different with horse riding bullfighting, forcados you mention which takes some guts, sometimes literally and without killing as you said. Plus they don't cheat like the small village or town bullfighting in Spain by drugging the bull.
Of course, two places in Portugal do it Spanish-style, to the death touros de morte.
There is also, the bull vs bull fight but it's not really comparable.

I thought the Spanish did the horse back part too, but that the matadors were more popular. When I went they did the dressage with the horses, which was cool

Yeah.  The picador jabs the bull's hump with his lance to weaken him from blood loss.

Fuck those assholes.  You want to catch a gore wound in sequined knickers, that's on you.  This is the 21st century, horses don't need to die in the line of duty anymore.

Stupid fucking spics.
