Never ask her if she is a gypsy :p

I still had my wallet when we left, so I'm pretty confident she's not anyway.

Women want me. Men want to be with me.

5 years after buying my current computer, I am reinstalling Windows. Actually, replacing Vista with Win7. I don't like doing this. Boring and annoying.

On the up side Win 7 is much better than Vista.

Does anyone have any recommendations for history podcasts? I've recently gone through Russian Rulers and 12 Byzantine Rulers and liked them both.

Dan Carlin's Hard Core History
Mike Duncan's The History of Rome
David Crowther's The History of England
Laszlo Montgomery's Chinese History Podcast

That should keep you busy.

Missed this earlier, but I second Dan Carlin's podcast.  He does a lot of varied topics and is a very engaging speaker to boot.

Thanks for the additional recommendations, Valmy!
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

Liep

Aye, thanks. Subscribed to all, listening to history of Rome now. Good stuff.

The Brain: threatened by black women.

Mostly in the workplace.

I can imagine. Few black women would take shit from a spindly little white guy like you.

She used those pants to smuggle a Trabant to the West.

Do these pants make me look fat? And by "fat", I mean "concealing a small car".

I haven't updated my video drivers in 3 years.  :)
