My husband very excitedly got me one that you can blink in. I have found it to actually be pretty good.

I often will too. It has helped me the most as like a horse blinder. When I wake up as it is getting light outside, I put it on and have a good chance of falling back asleep vs. just being awake too early on Languish.

This is the time of year when there's just about 4-5 hours of darkness in Norway. I am up, sipping a strong (too strong, really) coffee, proud that I managed 6 hours of sleep. The sun is up too, the morning dew glistens in the grass.
And reminds me I need to cut it.
