This is a lie. People were saying "abolish ICE" and called Obama "Deporter-in-Chief" while he was President. Black Lives Matter started while Obama was President.

And to them Obama was supposedly doing "Open Border Policies" and wasn't bloodthirsty enough.

And ICE wasn't just let loose on major cities. There is that to.

And yes. I am aware they hate the Constitution and Human Rights and would love to arrest all of us and seize all of our property for the crime of disagreeing with them.

Based on a biased Wikipedia talk comment, this appears to be the source of the claim.  However, the claim covers the final two years of Obama's second term, and the entirety of Trump's first.  So, it's a lie anyway.  Also, ICE is up to 10 already, with CBP chipping in for another 17.

I'm not sure what conclusion we are supposed to draw from the claim anyways.  Is the point that ICE is irremediably violent and out of control no matter who is President?
