I see Guns'n'Roses and the Boomtown Rats with Bob Geldof play Wacken this year.

Plus a whole lot of 90s nostalgia. Clawfinger, Ugly Kid Joe, Prong, Machine Head, Moonsorrow, Ministry, Nailbomb, ...

Though I guess Clawfinger no longer play this song: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nigger_(Clawfinger_song)

Your link says they only retired it last year.
"I've never been quite sure what the point of a eunuch is, if truth be told. It seems to me they're only men with the useful bits cut off."
I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

True. Which is quite late, all things considered.

I think the song is a case of "Well meant doesn't necessarily mean well done."

Based on how I saw someone describe it: white guys telling black people not to use the word by using it over and over and over again.

That is reasonably accurate (the lyrics are here: http://www.darklyrics.com/lyrics/clawfinger/deafdumbblind.html#1 ).

And it doesn't help that the band is Scandinavian, i.e. even more removed.

Of course as a teen in the 90s I just thought it was a cool song with a cool riff. -_-

Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".

We're on 23rd of July here. The day after THAT date in Norwegian history. When Anders Behring Breivik killed around 71 people, and Viking got a big fat hard-on from dead Labour members.

Breivik's in jail still.

His manifesto is still well alive with the retarded right.

Fuck you all.
They deserved better.

This is pretty crazy. Drugs that treat parkinsons simptoms have side effects that massively alter personalities and make people randy.

It doesn't seem that crazy when you look at how they describe what is affected, dopamine.

I did enjoy their description of how nefarious UCB is that it has at some point paid most of the physicians involved in writing up the clinical trial results.

Quote from: Norgy on July 21, 2025, 10:01:05 AMI don't think any European country is showing a birthrate that is sustainable, considering pricks like me are getting old and might want to retire at say, 89 or 90 and live the life of Riley for two months before we say our farewells.

Catholic Italy was leading the charge of not letting men have their creampie for a good while, now I think all Scandinavian countries are up there challenging for the OECD Money Shot Prize.

"We make money, not babies".
Yeah - it's happening everywhere too. See declines in Latin America wildly outpacing projections:

Similar in Asia and while Africa is starting from a higher starting rate, the decline there is also significantly faster than projected.

I think it's really important but I'm not sure it's fed through into the way people understand the world - which is still shaped by lots of texts about overpopulation. And I'm not sure if there's been much thinking of what this world will look like.
Let's bomb Russia!

Since I have two dates the next few days, I will do my best to make Europe Great Again by not pulling out.  ;)

Slavia Ukraina, you big-titty monster, this is economics.
