I'm up to season 4 and it's quality hasn't diminished, so if you find sources ( :pirate :P ) I think you'll keep enjoying it.

I tried the brit version, and while I normally enjoy brit comedy, it just didn't grab my attention.
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".
Hubris must be punished. Severely.

I petered out on US ghosts part way through series 2.
It has its moments but overall is just a bit too formulaic and makes me miss the significantly better British version.

Good to hear. :)
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail turns 50.

I've got some witches imprisoned in the basement.  I've been saving them for a special occasion and this seems like an especially appropriate night to have a witch bonfire.  Maybe we can have some smores roasted over their embers.   :)
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

It could be. Just as part of the bigger Monty Python cinematic universe.

Naw this one would be easy to make. The really hard one would be Life of Brian.  It was hard even back then.

Maybe we are getting slowly back to a stage where it could be with the rising dominance of streaming services.
Certainly the 2010s were a black hole for pure comedy films.

I watched the Louis Theroux documentary on Israeli settlers.
It was good.
Nothing really revelatory but in his normal style he nicely puts everything happening on a human scale.
I liked that he showed pro peace Israelis too. They usually get forgotten.
