And dang typos.
United Stats...:

There's only a 10% of being bored in the United Stats.

4 out of 5 of dentists agree.
100 Helens agree with this post.
Japan.
No way Belarus should be on the list if Austria isn't.
Also, San Marino, Andorra....very boring. At least Liechtenstein's monarch threw a hissy fit and threatened to leave.
Vienna is nice.
If you find an entire country boring, it's most likely because you are supremely boring yourself.

Well some countries are fairly small.

True. Doesn't change anything.

I agree. I am sure pretty much every country has something for someone.
But I am understanding the question along the lines of "they never do anything interesting, or of note, on the world stage".

Even so, if you pay even a little bit of attention there are interesting political dynamics going on everywhere.

To be the "most boring" of a set something doesn't actually have to be boring. :p

Vatican city can probably get dull after a while. Not a good place to pick up chicks, distinct lack of roller coasters, only one theater.
How can Belgium be boring with all it's saxophones, trappist beers and paedophiles?
Denmark. bĂ–ring.

Well, if one isn't a small child and doesn't like beer or modern jazz...

You please me with your Kids in the Hall reference.
Anyway, wherever I am, it's the most boring country in the world.
Switzerland is boring in a good way.
You will never see a headline 'The Swiss Crisis: Day 37' or whatever...at least not since 1847 (and even that was the lamest civil war ever). Heck you can study European History for years and safely ignore them.
"Where do you think all these came from, Jean?"
"I do not know, Robert, but these Germans had some sweet grills, non?"
Switzerland is a good choice, but I'm going with Singapore.
I know it's hard to believe but Belgium actually isn't that boring, our politcians are some of the best clowns in the world.
Belarus is hardly boring. You never know when you will get scooped off the streets by the KBG, for one.
Based on the countries I've visted:
Belgium - crushingly boring but also good food.
Finland - very boring. Nothing stands out there.
Hungary - hardly boring at all. Also nuts.
Switzerland - calm but not boring
United Kingdom - wtf?
I'm torn between Belgium and Finland. I've lived in Belgium for 6 months and been to Finland for only 2 days when I was 12, so voted Belgium on account of personal familiarity (which breeds contempt).

In general I agree. For Switzerland I make an exception <_<
I loved the story of bankers who got transferred from London to Zurich in protest at our tax rates. Most of them wanted to transfer back after six months because they were really bored
I didn't find Switzerland boring at all. :hmm:
What about San Marino?

Well I didn't find it boring when I was there but I do not travel internationally to be bored. I thought we were discussing in a history of geopolitical sense. Because there is tons of cool stuff in all of the countries listed if you are a tourist.

In that case, how can Belgium be boring? Historically, that's where Europe goes to fight its battles.

And the Flems with all their internet angst against their hated enemies. But if I actually was in Belgium isn't that like beer Disneyland?

And how!
Though it shouldn't exist Belgium's a lovely country. Especially if you like mussels, beer and frites.
Belgium, Finland and New Zealand are the usual suspects.
Surprised at the total lack of NZ support.

What about the huge hordes of Orcs roaming the countryside?
Belgium is one of my favourite countries, I've always had a good time there and there is so much to see and.........er.......drink.
Those fucking Swedes. Only interesting one is the Swedish Chef.

And Gustovus Adolphus

And Gustovus Adolphus
Who's he? I'm to lazy to google him.
For me I think a better criteria for how 'boring' a country might be is to measure how pervasive the cultural or political norms are.
So North Korea, assuming one isn't terrified whilst being there, is probably rather 'boring', whereas San Francisco just on its own is possible more interesting.
Countries like Switzerland and Sweden could never be considered "boring" by anyone who's been to Saudi Arabia or Brunei.
en Belgium doesn't exist. the internet says so!
