They changed the taco flavored chips into an new taco flavor, which is an abomination.
First Mr. Pibb disappears and now Doritos.
I fucking hate this country now. Everything has changed into shit.
As long as Mr. Brain's Faggots are OK.

I never heard of a Jays before.
Ide has tried a bunch of different brands but he says they all suck. I think Utz taste good though.
Doritos is fine, but Utz is the best for potato chips. :Canuck: And Bachman's Jax for cheese curls. :mmm:

I can go for that. I mean, I only eat potato chips about once or twice a year, but when I do, I eat Old Dutch.

Incorrect. Maybe not ALL parts of the South, but in all the good parts of the South.

I'll eat potato chips (or corn chips) maybe a half dozen times a year, but yeah - I go for Old Dutch. :)
TSG: Prostitute, Frito-Lay worker agreed on exchange of oral treats (http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2009/0624091chips1.html)
QuoteJUNE 24--Meet Lahoma Sue Smith. The Oklahoma woman, 36, copped a plea last week to a prostitution charge for accepting a box of Frito-Lay chips in exchange for oral sex. According to the below Oklahoma City Police Department report, john Faron Johnson told cops that he informed Smith that he did not have any money, but that she "agreed to give him a 'blow job' meaning oral sex, for a box of chips." Johnson, a Frito-Lay employee, provided Smith with a case of chips he valued at $30. Following her February arrest, Smith, pictured in the mug shot at right, told police that she had a few prior prostitution busts. At her sentencing last week, Smith was ordered to pay a $1142 fine. Last July, with gasoline prices climbing, a Kentucky woman was arrested for accepting a $100 gasoline card in exchange for sexual favors.

LOL WUT
Maybe they figured you hillbillies don't have the discriminating palettes necessary to properly enjoy "Utz" (which I presume means "delicious" in German.) But in the CIVILIZED parts of the South, for example, Arkansas, you walk into any gas station in the state and get Utz potato chips.
Picked up some delicious Utz Kettle Classics in honor of this thread, as well as some Utz "Crab" Chips. :mmm: Tempted to grab some of Grandma Utz's famous lard-soaked chips, but couldn't muster up the strength of will. :(
They don't have crab chips here. :( Is that the chip with Old Bay seasoning?

 Pretty satisfying if you like the punchy Old Bay taste. My personal specialty is to make old-fashioned popcorn on the stovetop and then douse it with Pam spray and Old Bay seasoning. :mmm:

I'll have to try that sometime. :mmm:
Also, try making popcorn with either Cavender's Greek seasoning or Tony Cachere's. Both are good.

Ocean City
Ah, of course. OC, Md. was great, much better than OC, NJ. (a dry family town). The real treat was sneaking back and forth over the Delaware line with its no-sales-tax promise, into Maryland with its beer-at-7/11 and dozens of all-you-can-eat-crab promises. Got to see the whole length of Delaware, definitely nicer than the reputation that precedes it. Though the $25 cigarette carton prices of a couple of years ago are long gone. :(
Went to a great restaurant/bar with an MC named Tony Vegas feeding floppy disks into an old MIDI keyboard and pretending to play the guitar while the old folks line danced, and ate the off-season prices on all the fried fish entrees (7.99 vs 18.99).

That's just so wrong. I can't even count all the wrong things about that. The wrongness is simply overwhelming. It's like they crammed so many cheesy multicultural, do-gooder public service announcements into the concept that it collapsed in on its own weight and became a black hole of evil.
