Ah, of course.  OC, Md. was great, much better than OC, NJ. (a dry family town).  The real treat was sneaking back and forth over the Delaware line with its no-sales-tax promise, into Maryland with its beer-at-7/11 and dozens of all-you-can-eat-crab promises.  Got to see the whole length of Delaware, definitely nicer than the reputation that precedes it.  Though the $25 cigarette carton prices of a couple of years ago are long gone.  :(

Went to a great restaurant/bar with an MC named Tony Vegas feeding floppy disks into an old MIDI keyboard and pretending to play the guitar while the old folks line danced, and ate the off-season prices on all the fried fish entrees (7.99 vs 18.99).

That's just so wrong. I can't even count all the wrong things about that. The wrongness is simply overwhelming. It's like they crammed so many cheesy multicultural, do-gooder public service announcements into the concept that it collapsed in on its own weight and became a black hole of evil.
