If Reason articles keep appearing on my facebook wall, I'm going to post the choicest ones here.

Does this mean that if they don't, you won't?

Raz is the new Tim, apparently.

Got it from Skip.  If Reason articles keep appearing on my facebook wall, I'm going to post the choicest ones here.  "Millennials like Bernie Sanders and Donald J. Trump because they're delusional." was not my line, it was the byline on the Facebook link.

On your wall or in your feed?

Hehe.  I love the libertarians.

Millennials like Bernie Sanders and Donald J. Trump because they're delusional.

They are correct though that libertarianism has no tangible support among GOP primary voters.  All the candidates remaining are hawkish on foreign policy and hawkish on law and order, except for gun rights.  Even on economics, Cruz is really the only one running unabashedly and credibly on a shrink-the-state platform, but even he is emphasizing his social conservatism in the race.  The GOP primary candidates got the message and are keeping their "government hands" off the voters' social security.

While I am not a fan of libertarian ideology and while Rand Paul made a good run at being my least favorite candidate in the primaries (a very competitive race this year) I don't think the weakness of that faction is a big positive.  Libertarians could usually be counted on to defend civil liberties, and civil liberties are under threat.  The rhetorical bidding contest between Trump, Christie, Cruz and Rubio to slight those liberties is not pleasant to watch.
The purpose of studying economics is not to acquire a set of ready-made answers to economic questions, but to learn how to avoid being deceived by economists.

Which ever.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

If Libertarians stop being crazy, I'll stop reposting.

The faction of Republicans who were libertarians were never that large.  They consisted of four main groups, the true believers, the Austrians, the people who thought the X-files was a documentary, and those hated the idea of government giving money going to people who aren't white.  The last part is probably the biggest and they go for Trump.  Why bother with dog whistles and abstruse fund-cutting schemes when you have Trump "telling it like it is".  Build the wall, ban the Muslims, that black guy causing trouble, rough him up!

Did you want something else?

I wanted you to say what you mean.

I did say what I mean.  Did you think I meant something else?

I figured you meant something else, which is why I said that's what I figured when you tried to walk back your statement.

You've been stalking "the libertarians" since forever.  I doubt it started when Skippy posted articles to your Facebook, and I doubt it will stop if he ever stops.

Yeah, but I don't normally read their bullshit.  Facebook feed gets cluttered with libertarian shit.  Some from Skip some from old school buddies.  The byline about delusion is what provoked this one.

Has this been mentioned yet?

Quote(CNN)Donald Trump on Wednesday accused Sen. Ted Cruz of stealing the Iowa caucuses, calling for either new voting there or the results to be nullified.

Meanwhile, Ben Carson hit CNN for what he said was an inaccurate report that he was leaving the race on Monday, even though the network only reported that he was heading home to Florida for a short break after the caucuses.

"Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified," Donald Trump wrote a Twitter, one of a series of Tweets attacking Cruz and questioning the outcome of the Iowa caucuses.

Cruz, the conservative senator from Texas, defeated Trump in Iowa Monday night.

"Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it," Trump tweeted. "That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated."

Cruz's campaign dismissed Trump's claims on Twitter with humor.

"Reality hit the reality TV star in Iowa, so nobody is talking about him now, so he's trying to regain some attention on Twitter," Cruz communications director Rick Tyler told CNN. "There are Twitter addiction support groups, so he should seek out his local chapter. "

Cruz himself teased Trump on Twitter early Wednesday afternoon, suggesting his rival become a Democrat and linking to one of his anti-Trump ads.

"Bernie is contesting #IA results. Maybe Donald should go back to IA & join the Ds. Bet they'd love #TrumpCare," Cruz tweeted.

And because you got it from Scip, that excuses you from pulling a Tim and posting an article without any serious commentary?  What about the Breitbart articles you vomit up?  Is your posting of them someone else's fault, too?
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.
