Trump is on the record of being in favour of killing children?

Charming.
To be fair, only Muslim children.

I got a mailer from Jeb informing me that he's been endorsed by 12 Medal of Honor recipients. SOLD

Does he have any Battlefield endorsements?

Jeb looks like a gentle man. He'd make an excellent kindergarten teacher.

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

Yeah, nothing says good judgment like winning a Medal of Honor. ;)

I think Rand is going after their support.

New Qunnipiac poll!

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/2016_republican_presidential_nomination-3823.html

        Trump 27
        Carson 16
        Rubio 17
        Cruz 16
        Bush 5
If further polls show the decline of Carson (due to questionable memory and weak national security perception) while Cruz and Rubio take on second place, then I believe Trump stands a good chance of having his lead challenged by one of them by January; maybe then we will finally have an all-out brawl between the final five (Trump, Carson, Cruz, Rubio, Bush).

An interesting internal GOP memo with advice for GOP Senate candidates if Donald Trump wins was leaked:

Only 7 pages, worth a read. Pretty interesting.

The Minsky Moment

Agree with Phillip V - Trump's decision to hit hard on Carson was nicely executed tactically, but a huge strategic blunder.  Carson's support was keeping Cruz and Rubio down, those evangelical votes were unlikely to go Trump's way.  Now Trump has cleared the path for his insurgent campaign to be confined to the margins.

Rubio seems the only normal one. Trump, Carson and Cruz are looney tunes. This is a slam dunk for Hillary.

He's crushed Jeb and crushed Carson. Who's to say that he can't crush Rubio or Cruz?

Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
