This is entirely out of line for the commission to say that. It's one thing for them to say the school had a right to fire her because they made their decision, but ruling her effectively unable to hold a teaching job because of her legal job she performed in the past is outrageous.

I gotta agree with Marti on this one.  I think a reasonable argument can be made that the school board was within its rights to fire her, but the court going beyond that and outright ruling that she's unfit to teach?  No, that's not a good ruling at all.
