Now that I think about it, I have great doubts that CPR can even do what she claims it did.

I doubt they can possibly tell from the autopsy whether or not she really "performed CPR".

Depends on what she did.  CPR has a pretty solid track record of cracking ribs (up to 30% of heart attack victims where CPR was performed, in some studies), so there might well be something on the autopsy relevant.
