You're smarter than me.  I bought the DDO from Atari - which had no pre-order bonus.   (they since introduced a pre-order bonus of 500 'Cryptic points', but no idea what those can be used to purchase).

Looking at cryptic points for champions online you most likely will be able to buy extra character slots (which you shouldn't need with having lifetime sub), other uniform choices (like the DS9 variants, and stuff of that type.

Just did a time conversion thingy and it starts in an hour (2pm PST = 11pm CET right?)!

I'm sorry Berkut, I really don't see any fanboism here.  I've bitched plenty about the game being down, as have others.  No one has said this is a "WoW killer", or "guaranteed to be great", or any such superlative.  Hell when Alci asked me to sell him om the game, I declined to do so.

What we do have are about 4 of us who have purchased the game and are looking forward to it going live.

A massive Klingon Fleet is forming near Qo'noS for an invasion into Federation Territory. Klingon Warriors who wish to join this fleet may rendezvous near Qo'noS at 2pm PST (We're GMT -8 right now).

So it doesnt last 4 hours?
