Is this a good idea, go through all of the new members back to say 6-9 months ago and the one who aren't obvious spambots ie they've never been active since signing on, why not send them a polite and friendly PM, something like this a good idea ?

I tried it and but there's only handful of recent, non-posting registrations from the last couple of years that meet the criteria.
