Okay, I can't figure out how to repair weapons in this game.  Is different than FO3.
Get a simular weapon
pop up pip boy
go to weapon inventory
highlight weapon
press "Y" for repair weapon on xb360. not sure what it is for pc
repair screen will pop up
you will combine the two weapons and repair it to a higher grade.

On the PC, you repair the same way as in FO3 (select weapon, hit "R" key or click "repair."  You need a perk to combine similar, rather than identical, weapons and equipment.

Starting to get back into this & just restarted a new character -- it took me a bit to configure the game on my new rig so that it doesn't crash on me every other time I change cells, but I think I've got it...

;)

I also just DL'd the "Lonesome Road" DLC.  Haven't had a chance to get there yet.  Still building up my PC.  For those of you that haven't Been There & Done That, my take on the DLC's:

Dead Money - Hate it, extremely tedious, can only play it now using some quasi-cheat mods that allow me to bring my PC's own equipment into the area

Honest Hearts - Like it, nice setting, interesting story line

Old World Blues - Loved it the first & only time that I went through it, but the beginning is sort of a Dialog Clickfest that I can see being annoying on subsequent play-throughs

Or something...

Bonnie and Clyde 'death car' is back in Primm

The bullet-riddled car driven by the infamous crime duo, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, has returned to public display at Whiskey Pete's in Primm.

The historic "death car," as well as other memorabilia, had been on display at Terrible's Gold Ranch casino in Reno.

In 1934, following a two-year crime spree, Bonnie and Clyde led police on a deadly pursuit across rural America in the V8 Ford. They robbed dozens of banks and killed at least nine people. The couple was ambushed and killed on May 23, 1934, when Louisiana law officers fired more than 100 bullets at the car.

The display includes the battered Ford car, along with Clyde's shredded shirt that he wore the morning of his death and letters of authenticity and small items from the duo's travels. A streaming video includes testimonies from witnesses that saw the capture of the notable two.

ANyone else have an opinion on the DLCs?  They are 75% off today too and I would like to get any that are worthwhile.

Razgovory

Are they planning to release anymore DLCS?
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

I just bought all of the DLCs.  You can get them all for less than ten bucks right now on Steam.

Just noticed that my self. I have it on the Sexbox and haven't finished the main quest yet but playing Skyrim on my PC I think I would enjoy Fallout NV more playing it on the PC as well.

If you let someone handcuff you, and put a rope around your neck, don't act all surprised if they hang you!

There are some nice mods for it as well.  I recommend DK Buller time, both New Vegas Bounties mods, and most especially Puce Moose's "Tales from the Burning Sands."

Thanks! I'll check them out when I take a break from Skyrim.

Berkut

Went ahead and grabbed it, but it won't launch. Just sits on the Steam "Preparing to launch..." dialogue box.
