Top 3 for mine, and I've probably seen more cartoons.  I mean, I'm not saying it ought, objectively, to be anybody's favorite: I just love that Lord and Miller comedic style.  I could imagine some people disliking it intensely, as it is very insistent about itself.

That said, I also like how even though their apparently permanent job in Hollywood is to make comedies out of bad or dumb ideas, they don't just make joke-filled movies, but works that can be pretty aesthetically gorgeous.  This is less the case in their live action work (they make some really inspired stylistic choices in flashier scenes, while--for example--contenting themselves to really obvious close-ups and over-the-shoulders when staying in the two-shots they just cut from would work better).  Their animated work has some really inspired uses of color, movement and texture, particularly the Jello Castle scene in Cloudy and just about everything there is to see in LEGO.

While I don't want to be seen as endorsing Ideo's deranged aesthetic preferences, for a kids movie LEGO Movie was pretty awesome.

Boring triangle love story à la Twilight, check.
Clichés.  Tons of 'em.  Check.
Inexistant historical realism.  Check.
Racism. Check.
Über patriotism.  Check.
Machoism. Check.
Yet, the actors play was impressive, wich redeemed the whole movie, no doubt, and made it a classic.

Had this movie been made in the 2000s, people&critics would have called it for all the aforementionned points.  But since it's from 1942, it's one of the greatest movies in the history of cinema

Well, I haven't seen Twilight, but the whole love triangle isn't anything new.

I'm pretty sure they were used in one movie or another in the last 40 years prior to this movie
