Not a superhero  ;)

Hot as holy shitballs, yes.
Superhero armed less than your average NYPD beat cop, no.

Ref was to have the us military handle the fight in a superhero movie.

SJ is a superhero in my book.  :perv:

Yeah, and my ref was to let the NYPD do it instead, if they're sending chicks with 9mms. :titties:

The Larch

It's not as if the Black Widow was by herself.

Yeah, she had an English longbowman with her, too.

And they were the two less efective members of the group in the battle. If it wasn't for Thor, Hulk and Iron Man they would be toast.

Neil!  Did you see it, and the first interstitial credits sequence?  The sequel tease.

They could fuck that up.  But that line, and the reaction shot, was perfect.  Dunno about blue eyes, though.  Where the fuck did they get that from?
I'm confidant that they'll do it right.  Marvel has done very well lately.  As soon as they said 'to court death', I knew.

I think he'll be the villain for Thor 2.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.
Black Widow was shooting them with a gun.  How is this different from how ordinary soldiers would've handled it?
Boring

Not a superhero  ;)

Her superpower is to be awesomely hott?  ;)

Mind you, it's not a bad superpower to have ...  :hmm:

I'd rather her below me than the Invisible Man...if you know what I mean.

Adam Warlock movie.  ADAM WARLOCK THE MOVIE.

The Magus arc leading into Avengers 2, recapitulating Avengers Annual #7*, would be pretty much the best story you could adapt from comics that they haven't already.

A shame that's not in the cards.  I suppose Warlock never really penetrated the public consciuousness the way he should have, considering he's basically the greatest superhero ever.

Wait a minute, aren't they rebooting the Fantastic Four franchise too? :hmm:

*I almost said 10.  That's the one about the Avengers letting Carol Danvers get raped, kidnapped, and then brutally assaulted again.  Lol oops.

I dunno.  I always liked Warlock, but I liked the Silver Surfer more.

As for Danvers, she can go to hell.  Her Civil War behavior was reprehensible.

Beyond The Black Rainbow

I kinda feel like I was slowly raped for about 2 hours. Also it probably didn't help that I thought I was going to a screening of Black Rainbow.

That said I do now feel like I'm in on an in-joke where the items below are now hilarious. Especially 5 and 10.

1. Conversation with Rosemary
2. Conversation with a fax machine
3. The shoulder rub
4. The enormous knob
5. _ RUN PROGRAM > SENTIONAUTS _
6. "Bring home the mother lode"
7. NORIEGA Fine Custom Leathers
8. "Where did you get that outfit?"
9. The break room
10. "You are doin' soooo good"
"I've never been quite sure what the point of a eunuch is, if truth be told. It seems to me they're only men with the useful bits cut off."
I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

So how does that work, someone says "I'm going to the break room to get a Coke" and you burst out laughing?  :hmm:
