No but close, it is really Mr. 3000.

Bah.

The Natural.
The Bad News Bears.
Mr. Baseball.

I rather liked "Eight Men Out" about the 1919 "Black Sox" scandal. And "Major League" is usually fun to watch.

Well, it beats the one with Matt Le Blanc and the monkey I guess.

I'm on reading week (:w00t:) so I watched the first two episodes of Breaking Bad.  I'll be watching a lot more of that.

Also Stake Land, a great little American film about post-apocalyptic vampire hunters.  A little heavy handed on the anti-religious sentiment at times but generally very impressive.  Superb atmosphere and style.

Edit:  Also, last night, I dreamed my own episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm

Larry David's schtick has worn thin for me.  "I'm a weasely dickhead" was funny for maybe a season and a half.

Cell 211.  Very good but I had a couple of problems with it.

The bits of investigation into the riot felt a bit film-schooly if you know what I mean.  I thought they could have been made more of a part of the film.  I wasn't keen on some of the flashbacks, seemed a bit heavy-handed at times.

Hope you liked Luís Tosar's performance, he's from my region and is on the path of National Treasure-ness.  :P

Oh yeah. I thought all the performances were pretty good but the central two were really brilliant.

(And what a beard!)

Light gets trapped when it passes near it, or his eyebrows.

Darth Wagtaros

I liked The Expendables.  Not very much, but I still kinda liked it enough to watch the sequel sometime not in a theater.

I watched a bunch of Our gang shorts on Hulu.
PDH!
