I really liked Lost in Translation. Only seen it once though, maybe I'd feel differently after a second viewing.

I find watching it hard though because Scarlett makes me weep for what I cannot have.

Word. Any film that begins with a long take on Miss Johansson's bum in panties deserves praise.

This.

You know they make pornography for what's ailing you, right?

You can see Scarlett Johansson's bum in luscious pink  panties in a porno? Which one?

There are plenty of asses in pornography that meet or exceed Johanssen spec.

Yeah, but those all have some other dude's cock stuck in them.

Just saw Too Big to Fail.

Good cast, excellent production values.  Not at all flattering to McCain.

Yeah, I really liked that.  Giamatti made a more interesting Bernanke than Bernanke.

Traditionally, audiences have demanded an identifiable protagonist.

Saw most of Dinner for Chumps.  Bleh.  No pace, lines not that funny.  Love interest is very easy on the eyes though.

That's a remake, right? Serves you well.

viper37

yes. it's a bad remake of Le Diner de Con.

Yi, have you seen the French original?  That was funny :)

Priest.

Not a bad movie but far from great either.
I can't say I got bored, but I never felt any kind of suspense either, or any emotional attachment to any of the characters.

Characters are blend.  The story is trying to be some Judge Dredd with Vampires, but it fails, miserably.

I don't recommend viewing this unless you're an avid fan of pre-Twilight vampires.

It's from 1998.  Better look for it on the web :)

Yeah.  And they made excellent use of James Woods.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

Monk and the dothead supermarket guy kind of threw me.
