I hate you. Lost in Translation is awesome.

My guess is you haven't traveled much.

That final scene.  :weep: :weep:

9th Company. Dead Russians and Dead Towelheads.

The 80s Swedish comedy was about a kind of Milo Minderbinder. They sure changed it.
Women want me. Men want to be with me.

Josephus

FAir Game with Sean Penn and Naomi Watts who play the reallife ex-diplomat and CIA agent who try to out Bush for his WMD lies. Not bad, slow at times, but told a good story.

3 aluminum pipes out of 5.
Civis Romanus Sum<br /><br />"My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we'll change the world." Jack Layton 1950-2011

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - An enjoyable blockbuster flick. Obviously a bit predictable but very well done.

Project Nim - A very good documentary about the life of a chimp. As part academic research in the 70s, was reared by a family and taught sign language.

The Skin I Live In. A brilliant and disturbing film. Apparently some of the reviews give away far too much of the plot.

The Rifftrax of Twilight.  It is most excellent, and this movie is balls.  It's so, so poorly made--even in comparison to other, terrible two, it's really bad.

However, I would point out that Kristen Stewart's pretty hot.  Also, Ashley Green.  Holy shit.  And also the really skinny Asian (East or South I can't tell) girl.

Millennium.  For a movie that's everything unrigorous and bileworthy about time travel flicks, and despite a lot of problems and cheesy bits, it's not irredeemable.  I actually sort of liked Cheryl Ladd's performance at turns, and the structure of the movie is interesting.  That robot was getting on my nerves by the end, though.

Brunette, symmetrical face, under 120 pounds.  WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?  So she's not a good actress, so what?  She got paid.
