Talk about damning with faint praise.

Welcome to Macintosh.  Best part- Guy Kawaski interviews.  Hilarious.

Green Lantern- I wanted to see X-Men but the guy I was out with had already seen it. Damn him. This film...well it wasn't as awful as I feared given how they were scraping the bottom of the superhero barrel and it generally looking a bit naff. It was...OK, so-so. Though I saw how the end villain would be beaten a mile away.

Saw green lantern too. it was ok. first 3d movie i had seen. wouldn't call it 3d. more like layered 2d.
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".
Hubris must be punished. Severely.

Josquius

Yeah, it wasn't a true 3D film like Avatar, it was yet another of the wave of films with 3D tacked on as an after thought. The pre-film adverts were much better displays of 3D; one with a guy kicking a football resulted in my literally dodging to the side as it came right for me. Then there was one with butterflies where...wow. They were everywhere, literally right in front of me.

Oh, also amusing on the Green Lantern, his scientist friend looked like Moss from the IT Crowd:

Land of the Lost.

Now part of my Top 10 worst movies list.

Risky Business (1983).

Old Tom Cruise flick.  Never seen it before.  Not impressed.

Maybe you and Josq can hang out together and compare crap notes.

Berkut

Some movie about some dude selling Viagra and Zoloft and falling in love with some chick with Parkinsons.

It was decent. But seeing Anne Hathaway naked for a good portion of the film elevates it to pretty damn good. She is hot.

If you think disliking Risky Business is in the same league as disliking The Godfather, you should be right there with them.

Love and other drugs, IIRC. My cousin (who works with disabled people) watched it in her university class for the portrayal of a person with Parkinson.
