He didn't do any of the things the show did to try to humanize him.

As I said, it is accurate in the way the show Rome was.  It gives you a pretty decent outline of what happened and even gets some bits right.  But it is written for entertainment, not truth.
Yeah - as I say I think it's very Sorkin so it sort of has an underlying faith in institutions and kind of liberal/centrist bent which makes the defendants a little bit more sympathetic by softening their politics.

I also think the Bobby Seale story is shown in a very strong way in one particular scene - but from my understanding in the trial that happened daily for many days while he was being denied his right to a lawyer or to represent himself (or for a delay while his lawyer was recovering from surgery). I think that whole story is tonally different than the rest of what the film is doing and it almost feels like it deserves to be on its own.

'Once Upon a Time In Hollywood' - overall good, excellent visuals and editing, very nice soundtrack though as it's 1969 that's a given anyway.

Somewhat marred by the ending, but I guess it makes sense within the movie's overall premise.

First QT film I've enjoyed in a a long while.

Does the skinny hottie play Squeaky Fromme?

I think I know the one you're referring to, if so now, Squeaky was like the lead woman of the gang, if so she was played by an older 30yr old woman.

But check out the film and see what you think.

No, that was a different character (Gipsy Share), played by Lena Dunham. Squeaky Fromme was played by Dakota Fanning.

I have no idea who's the "skinny hottie" that Yi is asking for.

Bobby Seale was not one of the Chicago Seven.  His trial was split off and that left the other seven as defendants in the main trial.

The application to sever is portrayed in the show.  I believe that is what Sheibh is talking about.

Dude, Margot Robbie and Dakota Fanning are both skinny and hot. Get those ridiculous standards out of here.

A few of the actors portraying the Manson family are children of famous Hollywood actors. Maya Hawke, the daughter of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, is also in the film portraying a Manson family member, as well as Harley Quinn Smith, the daughter of Kevin Smith. Rumer Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, alos has a role in the film, but not as a Manson family member.

Margot Robbie is hot, but not skinny.  She's simply a normal-sized woman.Dakota Fanning was already excluded from the list.  Yi confirmed I was right anyway.

Well, she is pretty close to an average size if you were to walk around the streets of Vancouver.  I would not have thought of her as skinny.

She actually looks a lot like Mrs. CC when we were married
