Yeah. And also it's already so far gone it feels like Christopher Guest/Best in Show style parody would be too underplayed. So this might just work and be an appropriate level of absurd to be realistic-funny.

They're apparently releasing the "Snyder Cut" of Justice League on HBO max next year as an exclusive. I fully expect it to be as mediocre as the released version. Maybe worse. At least the annoying fanboys will shut the fuck up about it now. I hope.

I watched the first ep of the Van der Valke remake.
Very generic cop show. Hilarious moment comes when they meet one minor character who actually has a Dutch accent. They don't even use the original theme tune. Rage.

I watched the first two episodes of The Great on Hulu. I quite enjoyed it. I'll be looking forward to watching where it goes this season.

I saw Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It was quite good. Though some bits were a little confusing where it jumped around, they're easily explicable elsewhere. Kind of odd pacing and theme shifts about the place but it works. The Inglorious Bastardsy ending was great. Dog doesn't die. 5 stars.
