Camerus

It was infinitely better than the Force Awakens. Not perfect, but definitely best SW film since Empire Strikes Back.

Agree with BA. I was disappointed.
You've failed me for the last time Celly.
Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son

Sophie Scholl
Creepy milking, Leia pulling a Mary Poppins, "Oh shit, why didn't I think to put the ship into hyperdrive earlier?!", Phasma, Snoke, the magical collapse of the Republic, the magical growth of the First Order, I could keep going.
"Everything that brought you here -- all the things that made you a prisoner of past sins -- they are gone. Forever and for good. So let the past go... and live."

"Somebody, after all, had to make a start. What we wrote and said is also believed by many others. They just don't dare express themselves as we did."

Stay Alive...Let the Man Drive

FunkMonk

Just came back from The Last Jedi.

While flawed, this movie was definitely better than The Fan Service Awakens and Bored One. The Last Jedi is very different than any other Star Wars movie, so in that regard it can be compared with The Empire Strikes Back and the original Star Wars (though not as good as either). It seemed like Disney let Rian Johnson actually take some fucking risks and he produced something that, while not perfect by any stretch, was certainly memorable, entertaining, and most of all surprising.

BTW this is probably the best acted Star Wars movie since Empire.

Person. Woman. Man. Camera. TV.

"If you think this has a happy ending, then you haven't been paying attention."

Agreed, though I like Rouge One.
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Risks? What risks?

Do you want spoilers? I don't think this can be answered without them.
