Homeland was a real let down this season.

I binge-watched The Fall though...that was pretty good.

Yep, and in 6-7 months there's a chance Netflix will have the 2nd season! :w00t:

Ugh, for a second I thought you were talking about the Tarsem flick.

It's a derpy film but a masterpiece of cinematography.

It is. Though I didn't watch the second series yet as I heard it was awful.

You heard wrongly. Season one was unfinished. Season two picks up where one leaves off.

Good to know. I think it was from the Guardian who said it had gone rapidly downhill.

I thought I'd rather leave it as something really good and unresolved than kind-of sullied but 'finished'.

Edit: Same with Homeland. I quit.

Homeland really didn't have nowhere to go once the main question was resolved at the end of season 1; they still managed to string out some good thriller moments, but should have lasted two seasons max, imho.

Not too comfortable with the whole Japanese people not being able to speak English at all well, as nearly all the ones I've know have spoken impeccable English.

What kind of Japanese people do you know?

The ones I communicate with(office in tokyo) are a disaster.

A couple that I met that had education in the US spoke amazing english.  The rest were terrible, but to their credit, tried very hard!
