We'll see how things go in tomorrow morning's rematch -- right, Bevin?

What a horrible thing to do to a child.  Someone ought to call CFS on you.

Would you prefer that I put something with a Winnipeg Jets logo on her & file a Missing Persons report?

:P

Has he actually had much impact other than the odd flash here and there? Nope.

Yes.  Four straight seasons with 45 + points including 64 points last year. He led all defencemen in assists last year.

sheesh you guys and your "facts" can't trash talk anyone on here unless you are Neil, it seems. :P

I don't know anything about Markov - Eastern Conference gets no coverage out here, other than we are forced to watch Leafs/Habs games before the Canucks or Oilers start their game. Those Eastern games are just atmosphere builders. We don't actually pay any attention. :p

Holy shit!  Normally I would attempt ritual suicide halfway through the first period in a game like this, but having a binge-eating baby on my hands with wifey at work (thankfully) kept me a Captive Audience for a monster comeback...

QuoteBlackhawks rally from 5-0 down to stun Flames 6-5 in OT

CHICAGO (AP) — Brent Seabrook scored 26 seconds into overtime and the Chicago Blackhawks completed the biggest comeback in team history, rallying from a five-goal deficit to beat the Calgary Flames 6-5 on Monday night.

Chicago fell behind 5-0 in the first period before overtaking the Flames, the team they knocked out of the playoffs in the first round last April.

By rallying from five goals down, the Blackhawks tied the NHL record for biggest deficit overcome, according to the Elias Sports Bureau. The previous club record had been a four-goal rally.

Seabrook picked up the puck and shot it past Miikka Kuprusoff in the overtime and was mobbed by his teammates as a crowd at the United Center rocked.

Good thing I was on a football binge today, and at least managed to watch the Bombers blow out the Ti-Cats, or else I'd be upset at the Flames blowing a huge lead like that. <_<

Where's Jeremy Roenick playing now?  That's who I'm rooting for.

AARP.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.
